Trauma release exercise is a creation of a series of physical exercises that are aimed at assisting the body to release deep muscular patterns of stress, tension and trauma. These exercises safely activate a natural reflex mechanism of shaking or vibrating that releases muscular tension, calming down the nervous system. When this muscular shaking/vibrating mechanism is activated in a safe and controlled environment, the body is encouraged to return back to a state of balance. Our learners go through a lot of traumas that originate from any environment they come from. In many schools Trauma release exercises may not be termed as so but instead commonly known as Physical Exercises.
