TRAUMA RELEASE EXERCISES

Trauma release exercise is a creation of a series of physical exercises that are aimed at assisting the body to release deep muscular patterns of stress, tension and trauma.    These exercises safely activate a natural reflex mechanism of shaking or vibrating that releases muscular tension, calming down the nervous system. When this muscular shaking/vibrating mechanism is activated in a safe and controlled environment, the body is encouraged to return back to a state of balance.  Our learners go through a lot of traumas that originate from any environment they come from. IS IT A SIN?

 In ethics, there is something we call the principal of double effect action. In this case a person weighs between doing a bad thing because it is deemed so and doing something that may save a situation. For example, it's bad to abort and malaria drugs' can lead to what may be deemed a abortion. In a situation when a woman is pregnant and suffering from malaria, one is caught up in a situation of taking the drug and lose the child and not taking the drug and lose both the mother and the child to malaria.  This sister in the church is caught up in a similar situation. Don't get pregnant such that she doesn't look like a sinner and face being not able to give birth or find a way of having a child and still remain a Christian.
